Controversial Nigerian rapper, Speed Darlington, has alleged that the recent sex-for-Lambo scandal involving Grammy-winning artist Burna Boy and socialite Sophia Egbueje was orchestrated to dispel rumors about the singer’s sexuality.

In a video shared via his Instagram, Speed Darlington—who has previously claimed that Burna Boy secured his Grammy win through an alleged affair with embattled American music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs—suggested that the singer is using the controversy to prove he is not gay.
Mocking Burna Boy, he said:
“You’re running around desperately trying to convince everyone you’re not gay. You and that girl planned this whole thing. You knew it would tarnish your image, but you paid her to act like an escort just so people would believe you like women. If you’re gay, you’re gay—stop stressing yourself.”
